What if my package gets lost or arrives damaged?Updated a year ago

Lost packages

Please note that SCOUT is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. You will be responsible for filing a claim with the carrier. Once your claim has been filed, please contact us directly at [email protected] with information regarding your situation and your claim number. If your shipment is held up with your carrier, contact them directly as they may need specific direction on where to deliver your order. In some cases, the carrier will need to update your address which will result in an upcharge. SCOUT is not responsible for paying this upcharge. To avoid the upcharge, ask the carrier to hold the shipment at the nearest location for you to pick up. 


Damaged packages

We understand the disappointment of receiving a damaged package. In such instances, please report to our customer support team at [email protected] and include photos of the damaged items or package.

We will review the provided documentation and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement or issue a refund.
