How do I make a return?Updated a year ago
We accept returns of eligible items postmarked within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused and in the original packaging with the original hang tags attached. Our return policy only applies to items purchased on scoutbags.com. Orders placed with our retail partners (Amazon, Hallmark, other stores, etc.) are subject to the return policy of each retailer.

Return your items to a Return Bar
A $3 per item USD restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount if you return your items to a Return Bar. Please process your return here to see the closest Return Bar to you!
Please note that some of our largest items cannot be shipped back via Happy Returns Returns Bar and must be returned via a pre-paid return label. Please keep the original packing to ease the return process.

A $7 per item USD restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount if a pre-paid return label is used.
Refund process
Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method or store credit. Shipping fees and taxes are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable items
Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, final sale, or other reasons. These items will be clearly marked on the product page.
