Can I edit or cancel my order?Updated a year ago

Once an order is placed, we are unable to make any changes. This includes address changes, pattern or item change requests, monogram changes, and order cancellations. If you need to return an item in your order, please wait until your order arrives and create a return as soon as you receive it.

Items may occasionally be cancelled by our system if there was an issue with the order or in low-stock situations. If an item from your order is cancelled, you will receive an email that will explain the reason for cancellation. You will not be charged for any cancelled items.
